I am a qualified South African chef and caterer who has recently moved to Provence, based in beautiful Cotignac. I have 16 years kitchen experience, having been head chef to gastro pubs in United Kingdom to consulting restaurants in Cape Town and private cooking in the Côte d'Azur.  I studied at the Culinary Academy in the beautiful winelands of Cape Town. 

Food is something to be savoured, made with love and enjoyed.


I have a market to table approach to cooking, taking advantage of all the seasonal and fresh foods that Provence has to offer. My style of food is unfussy, full of personality and I take inspiration from the local produce and ingredients themselves, making  my food as nutritious and delicious as possible. I try to be as eco conscious as possible by not wasting food and recycling as much of the packaging as possible. I can customise my food to any taste or dietary requirements.

Private Chefing

Whether in your home or holiday rental, I can cook for you and your guests or family at your desired location. I will agree a menu with you in advance and create a special and unique experience just for you, from food to table setting and flower arranging. 



I can cater for small,  intimate dinners and large events up to 60 people.  Whatever the occasion, I love working closely with my clients making each event special for them.



Whether you are a deli, restaurant and hotel, I can offer my expertise. From kitchen layout and equipment, to menu design, restaurant design and training staff.
